The Evaluation Process:
An informational packet containing questionnaires and standardized rating scales will be given to the family at the first appointment. We request that all forms be completed by the child’s second testing session.
The overall evaluation process includes:

An intake interview with the child and parents or adult;

Testing sessions with the child/adolescent or adult;

Test scoring and interpretation by one of our staff psychologists; and
-
A feedback session with the child/adolescent, parent(s) or adult and a staff psychologist.
