The Giftedness Evaluation Process:
Dr. Marron works collaboratively with the Gifted Development Center where she conducts the gifted assessments in the Los Angeles area with the direct consultation of Dr. Linda Silverman. Interested families are asked to contact the Gifted Development Center office to inquire about an evaluation.
The overall evaluation process includes:

An intake and needs assessment interview;

Testing sessions with the child that looks into the child’s social, emotional, spiritual, personality, perceptual, motor, verbal and spatial development, as well as his or her learning style. The child’s strengths and weaknesses are interpreted through the lens of giftedness;

Test scoring and interpretation by Dr. Marron and Dr. Silverman; and
-
A feedback or case conference session with Dr. Marron and Dr. Silverman upon which a plethora of resources throughout the country are provided for the gifted child and her/his family.
